MEET THE OWNER

Founded in 1999, Touchstone Development, LLC offers quality design, value, creative solutions, attention to detail and dependability. John Matusiak, managing principal, holds a Class B Commercial building license and specializes in residential and commercial construction. He brings his passion for architecture, design and technology to every project he builds. His portfolio consists of high-end homes in some of the most established neighborhoods in Denver.

Touchstone Development specializes in commercial tenant finish construction including coprorate office, retail and healthcare. We plan, manage and execute construction projects from inception to completion on time and on budget.
